CONCLUSIONS
These results, remarkably consistent in some ways, show
striking differences also. Thus the average progress achieved
per year at Blackhorse (2 classes), Mission Grove and Woodside
(three classes each) was 16.25, 16.16 and 16.66 months respectively.
The lower average gain during the second year in all
three classes is due to retaining the slower developers for a
further year.
