The following list gives details of Clinics held at the various
Centres situated in the Borough
(a) Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Clinics:
Monday (twice monthly) 2 p.m. Silverdale Road, Highams Park.
Monday „ „ 2 p.m. West Avenue, E.17.
Wednesday 9 a.m. Markhouse Road, E.17.
(In addition, clinics are held at the District Nurses' Homes, and
a large proportion of the ante-natal work of the Borough is done
at Thorpe Coombe Maternity Hospital.)
(b) Ante-Natal Relaxation Exercises Classes.

Wednesday 2 p.m. West Avenue, E.17.
Thursday 2 p.m. Silverdale Road, E.4.
(c) Child Welfare Clinics.
