Redevelopment and Clearance Areas
In July, a report was presented to the Health Committee in
regard to the redevelopment and clearance of sub-standard property.
The report included the results of a provisional survey of the
Marlowe Road area. It was decided that a detailed survey of the
Marlowe Road area he taken with a view to possible clearance and
that afterwards a detailed survey be made of the Grange Road and
Frederick Street areas.
