(i) Child Guidance Centre.—The Senior Psychiatrist, Dr.
Helen Gillespie, reports as follows :—
Staffing.—The Clinic was considerably understaffed as regards
Psychiatrists' sessions. Although there is an establishment of nine
psychiatric sessions per week, only five have been worked from the
beginning of June up till 27th November. In November two additional
sessions became available.
