VACCINATION AND IMMUNISATION
(Section 26)
DIPHTHERIA IMMUNISATION
Immunisation was carried out at the weekly clinic held at
the Town Hall, at Schools and at all Welfare Centres, on the
lines detailed in previous reports. The following summarises the
work done:—
Total number of immunisations completed during 1950:—
(a) School age 261
(b) Preschool age 1,073
(c) Over school age —
1,334
(d) Number already immunised having a rein
forcing dose 2,005
The above total includes 31 children immunised at "Brookscroft"
and 368 by General Practitioners.
