E.—INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD
(a) Milk Supply.
The following is contributed by the Chief Sanitary
Inspector :—
Designated Milk.
During the year 144 samples of milk were submitted to the
Counties Laboratories for bacteriological examination, including
Phosphatase and Methylene Blue tests.
These samples of milk were taken from roundsmen during the
course of delivery or on arrival at Schools. They include the
bi-monthly sampling of the two dairymen holding Producers'
Licences.
