"Conservative treatment is eminently suitable for warts and is
the method of choice in the school child.
"Chiropodists are competent persons to deal with this condition.
Surgical procedure with the administration of an anaesthetic
is wasteful of medical manpower.
"Other forms of treatment expose the patient to risk of
scarring and ulceration on pressure points.
"Little or no discomfort and very little limitation of activities
results from conservative treatment.
"The expenditure of time and money compares very favourably
with other forms of treatment."
