PUERPERAL PYREXIA.
The standard adopted for the classification of puerperal
pyrexia is that of the Ministry of Health, namely a temperature
of 100.4 deg. sustained for twenty-four hours, or recurring
within that period.

MATERNAL MORTALITY.
There was one maternal death due to eclampsia.
