Reference to dental inspection and treatment at Secondary
and Technical schools is made in Section 16.
(h) Orthopaedic & Postural Defects- A total of 46 deformities
was found to require treatment. Nearly every cripple is being
discovered under the Maternity and Child Welfare Scheme, and is
receiving treatment either under your Authority's scheme, at one
of the Metropolitan Hospitals; or from the family doctor.
