Nurse Children.—At the end of 1938 there were 108 nurse
children on the register, compared with 118 at the end of 1937.
During the year 93 removed, 2 were adopted, and 6 reached the
age of nine years. 88 new children were registered and 3 reregistered.
There were no deaths among nurse children during
1938.
Massage.—Five massage sessions per week were held at the
Welfare Centres, i.e., Low Hall Lane, Monday, Thursday and
Friday; Highams Park, Tuesday; and Higham Hill, Wednesday.
236 cases attended for massage, and these made 2,282' attendances.

Sale of Milk, etc., at Clinics.The quantity and value of

milk and food sold and issued free during 1938 was as follows:—
