The death-rate from Diarrhœa and Enteritis in children under
one year of age per 1,000 live births was 7.88.
CHILD WELFARE.
The equivalent of whole-time Municipal Health Visitors is 7.5,
equal to one whole-time Health Visitor per 243 notified births,
and one whole-time Health Visitor per 231 registered births during
1937.
The following table gives a list of the current Ante-Natal and
