ANTE-NATAL ADMISSIONS.
59 patients were admitted to the hospital for treatment during
the ante-natal period. 2'6 of these patients were delivered before
discharge fromj the hospital.
There were in addition 3 patients admitted for miscarriage
and 50 for " False alarms" of labour.
A marked decrease in the number of patients needing treatment
for pregnancy toxaemia was apparent this year.
