12. (a) CO-OPERATION OF PARENTS.
The importance of securing the attendance of parents at medical
inspection cannot be over-estimated. Written notifications are sent
by the Head Teachers inviting them to be present. The Medical
Inspector is then able to explain the importance of remedying any
defect found.
