The Milk and Dairies Order, 1926.
Much attention was again directed to this Order during the
year with a view to minimising the risk of contamination, infection
and alteration of the milk supply to the town and as a result three
summonses under Section 31 (2) of this Order were issued against
offenders.
In addition to the convictions detailed under "Legal Procedure,"
the Council issued one warning to a dairyman in connection
with a breach of this Order by his employee.
The Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Act, 1922 (Section 2).
Upon a special report by your Chief Sanitary Inspector, one
retail purveyor of milk was removed from the Register by the
Council.
There was no appeal against this removal.
The Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1923.
For offences against this Order, the Council issued four warnings
to dairymen in the town.

The Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924.
In connection with these Regulations, the Council issued four
warnings to Meat Traders in the town for offences against the
Regulations.
