Goodmayes Lane Day Nursery.— The conversion of the heating at
this day nursery to oil fired heating was completed on 24th February,
1964. This effected a considerable saving in the annual cost of fuel and
also enabled the services of the boilerman/caretaker to be deployed between
the nursery and Mayesbrook Health Services Clinic.
