Notes:- (a) Treatment provided by the Authority includes
all defects treated or under treatment during
the year by the Authority's own staff, however
brought to the Authority's notice, i.e. , whether
by periodic inspection, special inspection, or
otherwise, during the year in question or previously.
(b) Treatment provided otherwise than by the
Authority includes all treatment known by the
Authority to have been so provided, including
treatment undertaken in school clinics by the
Regional Hospital Board.
