TO THE BOARD OF WORKS FOR THE ST. GILES

Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you a report
upon the samples submitted to me for analysis under the
Sale of Food and Drugs Act during the year ending the

The total number of samples of food examined during this
period was 348, a very considerable increase upon the two

Of these 348 samples 174 were purchased by Inspector
William Henry Bond and a similar number by Inspector
John Robinson.
