Since the granting of the licenses Mr. Capell has disposed
of his business to Messrs John Bliss and William Collins,
who have removed the cows from both sheds.
Bakehouses.

The following list shows that there are 28 bakehouses
in the district, 16 in St. Giles-in-the-Fields, and 12 in
Bloomsbury.
These several premises were inspected from time to time,
and orders for cleansing and limewhiting duly served where
required.
