Hydraulic Power Mains.
Under powers obtained from Parliament the London
Hydraulic Power Co. has during the past year, with your
Board's permission, laid mains in Little Russell Street, Hart
Street, Bloomsbury Square (south side), Vernon Place,
Southampton Row and Bucknell Street, to supply hydraulic
pressure to certain new buildings in those streets.
Fire Alarm Posts.
The London County Council have with the permission of
the Board placed fire-alarm posts during the year, in Lincoln's
Inn Fields, Drury Lane, and Russell Square.
