The Board of Words for the St. Giles District.
ANNUAL REPORT, 1878.
In compliance with the requirements of the Metropolis Management
Act, the Board present their Annual Report, comprising the Works
commenced and completed, and those in progress; the Proceedings
for the Eemoval of Nuisances, the Improvement of the SanitaryCondition
of the District and the Report of the Medical Officer of
Health; and Abstracts and Summaries of its Annual Accounts.
The Report of the Analyst under the Sale of Food and Drugs Act
1875, is also annexed.

The Accounts of the Board for 1878 are annexed. The large
payments to the Metropolitan Board of Works and the London
School Board, for which precepts were made on this District,
