To the Chairman and Members of the Harrow Urban District
Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit the Annual Report on
the Public Health and sanitary conditions of the
district for the year 1925.
By instructions from the Ministry of Health this
Report must be a " Survey" Report, and must deal
comprehensively with:—
(1). The measure of progress made in the area,
and the improvement of the public health during
the preceding year, and preceding five years.
(2). Must contain the extent, character of the
changes in that time relating to Housing, Water,
Sewerage, Refuse Disposal, etc., etc
