Chocolate Fudge
The fudge was coated with a chocolate substitute.
A subsequent formal sample was reported to be genuine.
Ice Cream | Deficient in fat to the extent of 16$. The sample contained: Fat - 4.2$: Milk solids other than fat - 11c 2$o | Legal proceedings instituted. Fine £12. Costs of £5. and Public Analyst11 s Fee £5.65 awarded. |
Vegetable Pat^ | The minimum quantity of Vitamin B1 present in each ounce of the food was not declared, The sample contained: Vitamin B1 - not less than 1 mg. per ounce. | Label amended following correspondence. |
