The 35 pulmonary cases were in the undermentioned stages of
the disease:
A. or Tuberculosis - (sputum negative) ... 20
B.1 or Tuberculosis + (early cases,
sputum positive) ... 2
B.2 or Tuberculosis + (intermediate cases,
sputum positive) ... 11
B.3 or Tuberculosis + (advanced cases,
sputum positive) ... 2
The non-pulmonary cases were:
1 Tuberculous endometrium
1 Tuberculous kidney
1 Tuberculous spine and kidney
1 Tuberculous glands of neck
On 1st January 1968 there were 407 cases on the register and at the end of the year this figure had decreased to 388.
