The following action was taken under the Housing Act, 1957:-

51, Park Road, Kingston upon ThamesUndertaking from owner accepted that the basement front room will not be used as a living or bedroom. Owner agreed to inspection by Council's representatives as considered necessary.
5, Langley Road, SurbitonUndertaking from the owner accepted not to relet the basement flat until such time as improvements have been carried out to the Council's satisfaction.
