progress, the staff will be augmented.
It is emphasized that this section of the department does not work

Town Clerk and his staff.
The staff of this section and I are indebted to the Medical Officer
of Health and colleagues in the Department and other Departments of the
Council for their co-operation during this first year and I am particularly
grateful to the late Chairman and to the Chairman and the Vice-chairman
and meabers of the Committee for their co-operation and understanding of
the problems associated with our work.
