Smallpox vaccination of adults and injections for Typhoid,
Paratyphoid and Cholera are normally given by the family doctor when
requested for travel abroad.
Yellow Fever vaccination is controlled by the World Health
Organization and only certain centres are recognised for this, Grange
Road Clinic, Kingston, being the one in this area.
A fee of 10s.6d is charged far the vaccination. During
1965, 817 persons were vaccinated against yellow fever.
