Child Guidance
The Child Guidance Clinic, under the medical direction of
Dr.B.G.Anscombe, operating from Roselands, New Maiden, is staffed by
two educational psychologists who are on the establishment of the
Education Department, one full-time and two part-time psychiatric
social workers, a part-time psychotherapist and clerical staff.
In addition to work in the clinic, educational psychologists
visit the schools to advise teachers on educational problems which do
not necessitate the pupil's attendance at the clinic.
