Closing Orders under the Housing Act, 1957 were made in respect
of the following:-
78, Alpha Road, Surbiton Ground floor back and back addition
rooms; first floor back and back
addition rooms.
94, Cambridge Grove Road, Whole of premises.
Kingston upon Thames
12, Crescent Road, Kingston Basement back room.
upon Thames
20, Mill Place, Kingston upon Whole of premises.
Thames
and Demolition Orders were made in respect of-
241, 243, 249, 251, 253, 265, 267, 269, 271, 273, 275, Kingston Road,
New Maiden.
Closing Orders made by the former Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
on the basement rooms of 1, Queen's Road and the basement flats at 13 & 15,
Gloucester Road, Kingston upon Thames were determined during the year and a
Demolition Order made by the former Borough of Maiden & Coombe on 24, Acacia
Grove, New Maiden was revoked, works having been carried out at all these
properties to make them fit for human habitation.
In accordance with Ministry of Health Circular 28/54, the following information in tabular form, as required by article 31 of the Housing (Consolidated) Regulations, is includedo
