SECTION D.
HOUSING.
During the year five applications for Certificates of Disrepair
under the Rent Act, 1957 were made, as compared with one in 1962.
A Clearance Order was made in respect of Nos. 22/50 (even)
Canbury Fassage, and Closing Orders were made on Nos. 9 and 11, St.
Peter's Road, two basement rooms and two lean-to structures at No.
36, Lower Ham Road and the basement flat of No. 15, Gloucester Road.
No. 49, Eden Street and Nos. l/7, Union Street were demolished during
the year in compliance with Orders previously made.
In accordance with Ministry of Health Circular 28/54, the following information in tabular form, as required by article 31 of the Housing (Consolidated) Regulations, is included.
