In addition to the instruments previously referred to, the
Corporation maintains two deposit gauges which were located, after
consultation with the Department of Scientific and Industrial
Research, in Canbury Gardens and Tiffin Girls, School. They are,
for the purposes of report, referred to as and 'B‛Aۥ respectively.
The following tables give the results of analysis, together with
rainfall and wind readings. The figures are from observations made
to show the effects when the prevailing wind was blowing from industrial
sources towards the recording stations.
