HOUSING.
During the year nine applications for Certificates of Disrepair
under the Rent Act, 1957 were made, as compared with seven in 1960.
With regard to statutory action under the provisions of the
Housing Act, 1957, Demolition Orders were made in respect of Nos. l/3,
Gibbon Road and a Closing Order in respect of the basement at No. 32,
Alexandra Road.
In accordance with Ministry of Health Circular 28/54, the following information in tabular form, as required by article 31 of the Housing (Consolidated) Regulations, is included,,
