Details of samples submitted to the Public Analyst during the year
are set out in the attached tabulated statement.
The following are the reports of action taken in respect of
samples which were the subject of comment.
Hamburgers
Orange Drink - Concentrated The ingredients were not
specified on the labels and the manufacturers were approached in both
cases. They gave undertakings to print new labels to comply with the
provisions of tha Food Labelling Order, 1953•
