The year 1951 saw a continuation of the efforts which have
teen made more particularly in the post-war years further to
improve the standard of cleanliness in restaurant and hotel
kitchens,, It is pleasing to report that the spirit of cooperation
which has manifested itself amongst Kingston traders
since the Corporation "began to press for improvement in the
condition of premises in 1945 continued throughout the year.
