post war peak has been passed.

A part-time consultant, Mr. J.V. O' Sullivan, F.R.C.S.,
was available in the Borough for consultation for any case of
midwifery or puerperal pyrexia where the confinement took place
at home. It was not found necessary to call upon the services
of the consultant in this respect during the year.
