price, free of charge or part cost, depending upon the circumstances.
Each case is considered on its merits by the
Maternity and Child Welfare Committee and the proportion, if
any, to be paid by the mother, is assessed.

(b) Ophthalmic.

Ophthalmic treatment is not often required for children under five years of age, but when necessary these children are
