(d) Chemical and bacteriological examination of food.
No examinations under this head were necessary during
the year.
(e) Nutrition.
At the Welfare Centre and in the Schools, elementary
information on food values, dietetics, and budgeting is given.
Apart from the Health Campaign in the later months
of the year, the subject of Nutrition was presented to the
general public, school children and mothers attending the
Clinics by films, exhibits, posters, pamphlets and talks.
