(iv) Natural and Social Conditions.
The erection of small private dwelling houses on the
portion of Ham added to the borough on April 1st, 1933,
has proceeded apace, and some 830 houses have been
completed in this area.
The building of a new junior mixed and infants school
nearby was commenced in December, and will be ready for
occupation in the Autumn of 1936.
