There is a welcome inclination on the part of owners
of property to take advantage of the opportunities afforded
them to discuss with your Sanitary Inspector difficulties
and differences in connection with their properties which
may arise as the result of inspections and subsequent service
of notices. These interviews take place either at the
office or at the premises under review, and although they
absorb a very great deal of time, the results which accrue
more than compensate for the trouble and time involved.
These interviews, together with preparation of records,
clerical routine, and other administrative work, do not call
for further comment in a brief report.
