SECTION 28 - PREVENTION OF ILLNESS, CARE AND AFTER CARE
Loan Cupboards
The scheme for the loan of articles to aid in the domiciliary nursing of the sick, was
centralised in May 1958. The loan cupboard at Church Road Clinic was closed on 31.5.58 and all
issues from this date were made from the Town Hall Annexe.
Details of the items loaned during the year are shewn in the following table.
