The number of mental defectives on the register of the Occupation
Centre on 31/12/51, was 36 (22 males, 14 Females,,)

There were two defectives awaiting admission to the Centre on 31/12/51.
During the year under review, the defectives attending the Centre made
the following articles:-
needle cases, teapot stands, soft toys, pairs gloves, knitting bag,
peg bags, string bags, shopping bags, small mats, tea cosies, cushion
covers, wool rugs, rag rugs, tray cloth, trays, repairs to rugs etc.
