APPLICATIONS FOR INOCULATION AGAINST TYPHOID FEVER.
No applications made in 1942, compared with 6 in 1941.
MIDWIVES ACTS, 1902-1956.
The number of midwives who notified their intention to practice
in the area during 1942 was 24. Of this number 18 worked in connection
with the Maternity Hospital and District Nurses Home,Plaistow,
and Its Branches, and 6 practised independently, including three
Municipal Midwives.
