6. Disseminate or arrange for
the dissemination of information
regarding the prevention
of blindness, including
the issue and distribution of
literature having this object.
Suggest suitable literature be
obtained, if possible, from the
Union of Counties Association
for the Blind.
7. In the carrying out of this
scheme and without restricting
the generality of the pregoing
clauses, the Council
may do all such acts and
things as are incidental or
conducive to the attainment
of the objects of such
scheme.
Agreement as above.
