I desire to express my thanks to the Chairman and members
of the Public Health Committee, and also to those members of
the Authority with whom I am associated on other Committees,
for their continued support and help. My thanks are due to the
Officers of the Council for their assistance, and to the members of
the Public Health staff for their willing co-operation and efficient
service.
