CREMATORIUM.
Before writing " Finis " to this my last report, I would like
to bring to the notice of the general public this most desirable
method of the disposal of the dead.
The City of London Cemetery, situated at Manor Park, contains
an ideal Crematorium, and it is doubtful if the average public
person realises the advantages of such provision.
The advantages of the cremation of the dead over the system
of burial in the ground are too well known for me to recapitulate
them here.
The Corporation of London have issued an admirable booklet
entitled " The Garden of Rest," in which is described with full
particulars both the Crematorium and the City of London
Cemetery.
The cost of cremation need no longer deter anyone from the
disposal of the dead by such a method.
PROPAGANDA.
In conclusion, propaganda has been carried out as defined in
previous years.
