Extensions and the new administrative block at the Borough
Isolation Hospital were completed during- the year and the present
accommodation should be amply sufficient for the needs of East
Ham for many years to come.
I wish to express my gratitude to the Chairman and Members
of the Committee for the support I have invariably received, and
to all the members of my staff for their continued co-operation and
loyalty in carrying out the duties of the department.
