Dr. J. Sangster Greig, Medical Officer to the Homes, reported
to the Committee that the health of the children continued to be
very good, that the small amount of sickness amongst the schoolchildren
and the elder boys and girls is a noticeable feature, but
that the majority of the newly admitted children continue to be of
poor physique and many require individual care and attention for
some considerable time after admission,
