Two informal samples of Milk taken from the Council Institutions
were found to be deficient in fat. On investigation one
was found to be due to non-plunging (as I reported last year)
by our own Staff, and in the other case extensive enquiries were
made by the Contractors but without success. No complaint has
since been received of the quality of the milk.
