Still Births.
The number of still births registered during the year was 72.
The proportion of still births to live births was as 1 to 28.4. The
still birth rate was 3.5 per cent, of the registered live births.
On investigation it was found that in 67 cases the months of
pregnancy at which the still births took place were as follows :—
7th month 10
8th month 12
9th month 45

An analysis of the causes to which the still births were attributable will be found in the following table :—
