Staff.
On the 1st April, 1930, there were 128 persons employed
(full and part time), and on the 1st January, 1931 (including temporary
reliefs for sickness), 132.
From approximately 32,500 working days, 1,250 were lost
on account of sickness, or 3.8 per cent.
During the period under review 8 female employees
relinquished their posts (3 on account of marriage), 2 female
employees were superannuated. One officer died during his term
of office.
