NOTES ON TABLE II.
(a) The figures to be included in this space should refer to
the findings of the Medical Officer and not those resulting from
dental inspection in the schools by the School Dentist. The findings
of the School Dentist should be recorded in Table IV.,
Group IV.
(b) No individual child should be counter! more than once
in this part of Table II., i.e., under B, even if it is found to be
suffering from more than one defect.
(c) The figures in this column will of course be the same as
those given in Table I. A.
(d) The figure in this column will be the percentage of the
figure in column (3) of that in column (2).
